RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To begin your return, please email our customer service team at customerservice@beyondbrotherhood.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number:

1. Place the item securely in its original packaging.

2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Send your package to: Beyond Brotherhood ATTENTION: Returns – RMA# PO Box 1335 Blairmore, AB T0L 0E0

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us.

REFUNDS

We'll begin processing your refund once we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your issuer. We'll notify you via email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return:• Sale or Discounted Items: All sales on discounted items are final and cannot be returned.If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using the contact information below to arrange a refund or exchange.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over CAD $250.00 (before taxes, shipping, and handling charges).  Donations made to Beyond Brotherhood as part of your order count toward your order total for free shipping eligibility.

SHIPPING SERVICES All orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ for efficient, cost-effective delivery within Canada.  Expedited Parcel™ provides tracking and on-time delivery guarantees, with estimates based on typical conditions:
